You have to disable Internet Connection Sharing first (how - described above) and run installation as local administrator.
Download the latest version of the AnyConnect Secure Mobility VPN client software. For Windows this is a Microsoft Installer package (.msi). From Mac OS X. If you've upgraded to the Windows 10 Anniversary Update and use the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client, you may run into a problem during the installation.
